We train clients coast to coast through video conferencing. We can do this effectively because we we are movement experts who've had our eyes trained in fine arts, athletics, medicine and fitness.
If you're looking for a rep counter, we're probably not a good fit.

Workouts are designed monthly, so if you miss a session, you can still access the workout video.
